We have just returned from a trip to hip and happening Brighton for a Christmas Fair at the Amex stadium home of the Seagulls. One of my favourite players Jimmy Case graced the field there. We would like to thank all the people who visited our stand and made the show so enjoyable. A big thank you to Tracey and Stella the organisers. They provided porters to take our stock to and from our van. Very impressed.

After the show had finished on the Sunday we decided to stay over and have a meal.We took a walk down London Road and found a fantastic Indian restaurant called the Eastern Eye. Judith and I like to think that we are a bit of an officiando when it comes to indian food having eaten at splendid establishments and have been treated to home cooked food by our good friends the Bedi`s but this was just outstanding. The food is based on recipes from Southern India. We had a Chettinad Chicken with Manglore prawns and punjabi Chole- exquisite!

Mr Murli you have a great restaurant, keep up the good work. When we return to Brighton we know where we will be going.

Ciao for now !
